GP & Sons Demolition has all aspects of residential demolition covered. Before any demolition work is commenced, preparation must be done. This includes asbestos removal, obtaining necessary permits, submitting necessary notifications, disconnecting utilities and development of site-specific safety and work plans. Demolition works are commenced by our licenced operators using excavators with various hydraulic attachments.
The structure is demolished in accordance with our safe work method statements and the waste materials are loaded into our trucks and transported to an EPA-approved waste facility for further recycling. Throughout the demolition process, environmental factors are taken into account and dust is suppressed with our fire hose reels, water cannons and water trucks. For your convenience, our waste bins range in sizes from 10 cubic meters to 40 cubic meters.
